Starting his real estate career in 2018 as a Property Advisor selling house and land packages across Western Australia, Nyenda quickly realised he’d found his calling. Within just two years, he’d achieved more than $45 million in property transactions. In 2020, he placed fourth in the REIWA Rookie of the Year award and set multiple street records in Stirling’s St Anthony’s Estate — a standout moment that confirmed he was exactly where he was meant to be.
Since then, Nyenda hasn’t slowed down, and joined the Inhabit Property family in 2025. With a passion for innovation, streamlined processes, and sharp negotiation, he’s earned a place in REIWA’s top Million Dollar Clubs for many years. It’s recognition that reflects his consistency, creativity, and commitment to raising the bar.
